Maratea is the Pearl of the Tyrrhenian Sea and has always had the 5 sails of legambiente (maximum level) and the Blue Flag since it was established. Maratea has 25 km of coastline and over 30 beaches of any type. It has won the award for the most beautiful beach in Italy (I’vranni) and every year hosts the Cine Festival with the presence of many international actors. The large port that allows the mooring for boats up to 25 meters is dominated by the famous Statue of Christ the Redeemer, the second in the world for its height after Rio de Janeiro. Maratea is not far from Matera (European Capital of Culture 2019).

The villa is very particular, in fact, it is an ancient farmhouse dating back to the 19th century restored with some materials such as wooden trusses and parquet of the '400. It covers an area of about 10,000 square meters on two levels with a large vegetable garden, numerous fruit trees with over 30 types of fruit, a 100-year-old vineyard and a vegetable garden cultivated by the caretaker / gardener with fresh vegetables and organic vegetables that can be collected and enjoyed throughout most of the year.
The garden is completed with a very elegant swimming pool with direct access from the garden and from the patio of the villa surrounded by a triple row of Spanish cypresses over 20 meters high. Numerous marble tables and wooden patios covered with jasmine and other fragrant plants allow you to experience every corner of this structure, offering the possibility to have lunch or dinner at sunset in different locations of the park, within the background the sound of fresh water flowing from a spring of the '700 belonging to the property.
In the main area we find a large living room and the large kitchen, plus pantry and laundry service spaces and in the new adjoining buildings, connected by corridors with wardrobes, we find the 4 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. A large porch, pleasant for summer siestas, overlooks the large swimming pool and the ancient stone fountain where past and present coexist. In addition, the premises is equipped with plants in accordance with, thermo-autonomous and air conditioning system present throughout the house. Furthermore,

Not far from the villa there is a heliport that allows guests to arrive by helicopter during the summer. It is also possible to rent boats and yachts of any type and size.
